Luke is a one of a kind artist doll created by Dianne Adam, signed and dated. His beige print cloth body has been painted blue around the face and neck. A variety of fabrics, buttons, and trims are used in making the clothes.

The red paper clown hat is hand painted and adorned with a little ceramic button star. The bow tie and wing tip shoes are also hand painted. The face and hands are sculpted and cast in marble resin. Luke is a small size doll, 18 inches tall. The paper top hat and clown collar have been added to this listing.
