Fabulous 22 Gold Blonde Mohair Barricane Bear, OOAK Lucy Rackenford 2011. This is the most beautiful - big! - Barricane Bear by artist Rachel Ward. And she is from 2011. Older bears are getting hard to find, and she has a distinctive gentle and soft expression - she really is a lovely girl - quite famous, she seems to feature a lot on Pinterest as everyone's favourite bear! Made from a superb quality long gold blonde mohair, giving her a very soft feel - a squidgy tummy - she is very cuddly! She is fully jointed, stitched wool felt paws, a brown stitched nose, and beautiful amber and black glass eyes.

She has her tags, and her original duck egg green lace scarf, pinned with a sparkly diamante brooch. She will also come with a white cotton broderie anglaise dress, and a turquoise blue cotton cardigan - which I usually dress her in to protect her mohair.

She is quite unique and in beautiful condition. I didn't realise that Google photos put them together and made a gif - it's a bit dark - her fur is not as dark gold as that, but I thought it was quite good!
