" is approximately 30" from head to toe. He was created from a full-length autumn haze mink fur coat and is 100% fur, even under his clothes.

He is fully jointed and stands upright with the assistance of a white metal stand. He has black glass eyes and a hand-embroidered light brown Perle cotton nose. He is firmly stuffed with about 4 pounds of polyester fiberfill. "Halsey" wears a child's vintage dark navy blue 2-piece sailor suit.

His hat is a vintage WWII U. The sailor suit is removable. It has white braid trim and an eagle insignia on the chest piece. The long sleeves button at the cuff.

The pants have buttons and strap suspenders. There is a flag pin on one shoulder. He wears antique high-top black shoebutton shoes. "Halsey" comes with a sewn-in tag and a removable hang tag. I have been making bears and other critters from fur coats for over 20 years. During that time my bears appeared in articles in several teddy bear magazines.
