Famed Halloween Artist Jack Roads of Roseville California b. For the Modesto California 2010 Halloween tour. I wish I could remember who he told me painted the features, but needless to say they had a great sense of humor!

Made really well with very substantial structure! It weighs almost 1/2 pound! Modesto tour label on bottom. Some of the letters are faint on the label. What a great, crazy piece of art!!
