Many detail features include asphalt roof shingles that are true to scale, cement front porch, real wood flooring with realistically sized grain and knots, tile floor with grout lines in kitchen and bathroom. Garden hose with holder and faucet.

A unique feature is that the upstairs floor just slides out, making decorating the upstairs and living room area extremely easy to decorate and populate with furniture and wall treatments. The upstairs is left as a blank slate to finish off as you see fit. There are two separate battery holders that power two different lighting circuits.

The upstairs lighting is left flexible to provide flexible options finishing this space. There is an included railing (not shown) for the area upstairs to be glued onto the floor adjacent to the stairway. The unique stairway itself is removable also to facilitate living room access.

It stands free as is or could ultimately be glued in place. There is a "crawlspace" about an inch high below the entire house. This could provide easier access for wires, etc, to be run up through the floor. This house is heavy as it has a lot of 3/4 cabinet grade plywood used throughout.

All the siding is cut from maple, and painted. This is NOT a toy, 14 years old and up is generally recommended.
