J Jacksons dolls "CHILDREN OF THE WORLD". J Jacksons dolls are designed and created by P. J Jackson in England UK. Each doll is unique with its own characteristics and all original to the artist. All dolls are made with the collector in mind. P J Jacksons dolls are made following traditional methods of studio doll-making. The head is hand-cast in reinforced gypsum resin, hand-painted, sealed and wigged. The bodies have articulated limbs both made from fabric and filled with natural. An Ooak shoulder socket secures the head to the body. Wigs are hand-made from various natural real hair or quality synthetic fibres and all of the clothing is made from modern fabrics and vintage fabrics, wools, lace, trims and fastenings.

The whole process is a time-consuming and treasured experience. The finished dolls are sturdy, but due to the materials involved are best suited to the more gentler play. Jacksons dolls are inspired by the rich and. History of dolls, joys of childhood, also the love of children.
