OOAK Fairies in a Tea Cup Susan Snodgrass & Stephanie Blythe Porcelain 1988 Art

  
This truly is an amazing treasure! Artist's Stephanie Blythe and Susan Snodgrass are known and respected for their amazing porcelain fairies. This tea cup set is Favorite Bavaria No. The fairy sleeping in the tea/soup cup was made with antique lace, ribbon and genuine crystals. Her wings were made with real insect wings, and over time they have deteriorated.

There are no cracks, chips or crazing on the tea cup or saucer. There is a serial number on the bottom of the saucer. And on the top of the saucer there is a little plaque with the date of creation, and the artists. The pictures do not do it justice. The saucer is 6" diameter and the art is about 2" high.
