Silk Dress fits 9 German 150 4 Kestner all bisque. SAILOR HAT, DRESS AND COLLAR

  

This is a beautiful OOAK dress for your 150 over 4 9 German Kestner doll. These dolls are hard to find. It has 90% cotton threads going horizontal and 10% silk threads. You will see this fabric on Rubyland there threads have melted.

The cotton threads are still there but the. Silk ones have started to melt. Those clothes probably were made the first of the 19th century. She has 3 vintage mother of. Pearl buttons on the back with black snaps closure. The braid and front silk ribbon are new. The buttons and bows are silk French reproductions. The wide green ribbon on ther back waist is vintage. Her lace sleeves are antique cotton lace with raised bobbles. Lining is a cotton piece form 1920. I have added a sailor hat which takes up a lot more silk fabric which is nearly impossible. The little pink braid is new but very beautiful and the color of the clothes in the early 1900's. I added a detachable collar that is joined with a black snap. It is made of very stiff white silk. I have to much fun playing. I usually have to make them twice to get the look. The hat is complete all finished edges.

Because this fabric wants to ravel to quickly. The dolls chest is 6 around. The center back length is 5" and the sleeves top sleeve is 3" long.
