The handwritten tag says she is wearing a Victorian 1857 Promenade dress. The artist's name looks like Honora Wilson, though I couldn't find a signature on the doll. As you can see, the detail on this doll is lovely. A beautifully embellished bonnet, a bodice and skirt hand-embroidered with pearl beads, a handmade hoop underneath, suede boots, and three layers of petticoats and bloomers. The doll has minor display wear but is otherwise in nice condition. Can't tell if it's composition or porcelain.
