VINTAGE 1975 sculpted OOAK artist MARY DOLL Victorian DRESS rare FIGURINE 11

  
Vintage 1975 one-of-a-kind artist doll by Mary. Presented here is a very rare vintage one-of-a-kind handmade doll by Mary. She stands a little over 11 tall. The doll is sculptured, looks like an un-fired bisque, the delicate features are precisely hand painted, the hair I believe is made of dipped threads, it is swept in a fabulous Victorian up-do.

The clothes are cloth, all handmade, they are dipped so they are firm but not fired. The gown is a soft rosy-rust tone, with a raised textured pattern and black medallion lace trim. It has a full sweeping bussel back She has a white lace blouse with a high collar and a cameo at the neck. She is holding a gray fur muff, this is textured soft curly fur.

The hat is gray straw with a beautiful contour to the crown and a firm black bow at the front. She stands securely on the base which is hand signed by Mary. Excellent condition, no notable damage.
